Education and Experience

Zarmeen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW). She has experience supporting children and families across community, clinical, and day-treatment settings. Zarmeen continues to advance her clinical expertise through specialized training in trauma-informed and attachment-based care, including the ARC Framework, EFFT, CBT-informed interventions, and crisis support.
