Using a blend of CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, she helps individuals process loss, build coping skills, and restore a sense of well-being. Education and Experience

Meagan’s educational background reflects her dedication to comprehensive and specialized mental health care. She holds a double major in Thanatology and Childhood and Social Institutions from King’s University College at Western University, providing her with a deep understanding of grief, loss, and developmental psychology. Furthering her practical expertise, she completed the Social Service Worker program at Fanshawe College before earning her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Meagan continues to expand her clinical skill set through specialized training, including EMDR, Expressive Play Therapy, End-of-Life Doula certification, Children’s Grief and Bereavement counselling, and Mental Health First Aid. Her commitment to lifelong learning ensures that she provides clients with the most effective, evidence-based mental health support tailored to their needs.
