She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD and Autism (ASD)—using developmentally informed strategies to build confidence and self-awareness. Her practice seamlessly integrates practical tools like grounding techniques, routine-building, and problem-solving with creative, relationship-focused approaches that leverage a child's natural interests. Central to her work is deep family collaboration, partnering with caregivers to build consistency and shared understanding across home, school, and community environments.

Imani holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Mental Health Practice, specializing in evidence-based, CBT-informed early interventions for children and youth. Before relocating to Canada, she practiced as an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) in the UK, delivering structured, school-based support for anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioural challenges. Imani has extensive experience designing individualized, developmentally appropriate care plans and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support for families and children with diverse needs.
