Meet Meagan Alexander
Meagan Alexander is a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) who specializes in ADHD coaching, anxiety treatment, and bereavement support. She also works with children and adults to incorporate mindfulness into their lives to deal with daily stressors and mental health concerns.
A graduate of King’s University College at Western University, Meagan works with a double major in Thanatology and Childhood and Social Institutions. Further, she has her Certificate in Loss, Grief and Bereavement. After her time at Western, Meagan completed the Social Service Worker program at Fanshawe College.

Since completing her Degree and Diploma, Meagan has continued her education completing a Certificate in Expressive Play Therapy, End of Life Doula Certificate, Children’s Grief and Bereavement Certificate and Mental Health First Aid Certificate.

Meagan uses a compassionate, mindful approach to focus on creating connections and empowering clients to process their emotions and begin healing.
