Dr. Murphy has been working with children, adolescents and families for over 40 years. He conducts psycho-educational assessment and provides counselling for a range of developmental and psychological disorders. He specializes in educating and teaching families how to manage challenges stemming from learning disabilities, Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral problems.
Through years of experience, Dr. Murphy has developed a special way of interacting and building rapport with his clients. His extensive knowledge and dedication shines through in every encounter because he is passionate about helping his clients realize their full potential.
Dr. Murphy earned his Masters degree in Education from McGill University and his Counselling Psychology Doctoral degree from Boston University. He is a registered member of the College Of Psychologist of Ontario.
Dr. Murphy also consults and works with Children's Aid Societies (C.A.S.), the Etobicoke Children's Centre, University of Toronto (UofT) and various community colleges.
